Get ready for the 2018 golf season by participation in our Golf Yoga classes at Bear Creek Golf Club. This class is open to Men, Ladies, Seniors, Juniors and everyone in between.
Golf requires so many of the things that are also key focuses of Yoga - flexibility, strength, stamina, balance, mental focus and stress reduction.
In fact, if you look at just about any swing flaw, it almost always ties back to a limitation in the physical body. Just think how dramatically you might improve your game with an improvement in mobility and strength? A strong, stable body that is fluid and flexible creates the foundation for a healthy, injury free golfer. Join us in improving your game with 'Golf focused' Yoga - increasing shoulder, hip, and spinal flexibility as well as improved core strength.
After each 1 hr Yoga class Rhona Golf will conduct a 15 minute Golf Swing Clinic mostly demonstration with some hands on experiences. From putting to full swing and some things in between, a perfect start to your golf game.
After the 4 weeks of yoga, all participants will enjoy a 1 hr golf lesson on April 19th followed by a wine & cheese reception.
All classes go from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm
  • March 22 - 1 hour golf yoga, 15 min golf swing clinic
  • March 29 - 1 hour golf yoga, 15 min golf swing clinic
  • April 5 - 1 hour golf yoga, 15 min golf swing clinic
  • April 12 - 1 hour golf yoga, 15 min golf swing clinic
  • April 19 - 1 golf swing clinic followed by a wine and cheese reception
